A large part of our population suffers from mental illnesses, yet, we pay little or no attention to them. People who suffer from mental illnesses are stigmatized. Its high time we started talking about it. We aim to be a vehicle of change, to help Nigerians and other Africans give their mental health the attention it deserves.
There is a need to be much more open and courageous when it comes to talking about depression. It's not a weakness, its not a moral shortcoming.
